Las Vegas Sphere announces Anyma as first-ever electronic music headliner

The Las Vegas Sphere has announced that Anyma will perform for the state-of-the-art venue’s first New Year’s Eve event.

This also marks the first time an electronic music act will headline at the Sphere; the venue has primarily focused on rock acts since its opening in September 2023, featuring artists like U2, Phish, and the Eagles.

The announcement was made on Monday (July 15) with an eye-popping 3D video of a giant robot smashing through the venue’s LED display.

The multi-billion dollar venue features an LED dome that enhances the visual splendour of the tech-driven performances by the Afterlife Records co-founder.

“I’m honoured to be the first electronic artist to play the Sphere. We’re already months into the development of the show and I can’t wait to unveil to everyone what we have planned. It’s only fitting to end my ‘GENESYS’ era and make history at one of the most iconic venues in the world on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas,” the artist stated.
