Ableton Live 10 to release an update that includes a simplified Chinese language option

It will soon be possible to set Live's language to Chinese via the Look/Feel Preferences tab.

Chinese producers can rejoice as Ableton has announced a new addition to their language choices for Live 10 — simplified Chinese characters will be included in the language options from May 2020. The new update will be available to users via Public Beta, and the goal of this beta program is to find and reproduce all unintended behaviour in the newest beta version of Live that is not present in the most recent release version.

Previously, Chinese users have been using the program in other language choices, so this update will be welcome into the Chinese community and likely expand the program's usage throughout the country.

Producers can select the option for Chinese via the Look/Feel Preferences tab. Info texts will have Chinese translations, and the Live 10 users manual will also be available in Simplified Chinese from May 2020 onwards.
