Prepare to expand your playlists.

Jay Pei (India)

Acclaimed producer, composer, and DJ from New Delhi, Jay Pei, has pioneered a captivating sonic signature that has enraptured listeners across India. Grounded in the rhythmic bedrock of dance music, Jay's compositions interweave the evocative elements of cinematic scoring, visual art, and singular narrative elements, resulting in a multifaceted listening experience; take a listen to his latest release ‘Insurgence’, inspired by Chaos Theory's mathematical elegance with dynamic basslines, fluctuating synths, and a distorted piano stab. He’s graced audiences with live sets at prominent venues such as antiSOCIAL in Mumbai, Habibi in Delhi, and Musifix India, been spotlighted at The Lab Bangalore and released music through Qilla Records, further solidifying his status as a dynamic performer captivating audiences nationwide and beyond.

nabii (Australia)

Korean-Australian artist nabii is quickly rising in the electronic music scene with her euphoric dance tracks infused with hyperpop and trance. Her high-energy style blends infectious melodies, emotive leads, and pop-inspired vocals, creating immersive live performances. Based in Naarm/Melbourne, as a DJ, she's supported artists like DJ Heartstring and MCR-T, while beyond the decks, she founded AngelFM; a radio show promoting femmes and POC in the industry. Her versatility extends to soundscapes for films and has been featured on Rinse FM and Hanoi Community Radio. With two anticipated releases on VA compilations and a debut EP 'Take Me Home' set for late August, nabii's momentum is definitely one to keep tabs on.

rEmPiT g0dDe$$ (Malaysia)

Over the years, rEmPiT g0dDe$$ has captivated Malaysia and Asia with her eclectic, forward-thinking, high-energy sets, featuring Southeast Asian instrumentation and a distinctive, unconventional sound that she’s become known for. This unique style is evident in both her live performances and her original productions, with her latest EP, ‘PRIME ENERGY’, serving as a prime example of her electrifying, organised chaos. Recognising a lack of accessibility for certain groups, she recently launched Align, a digital platform that shines a spotlight on women and the queer community across Asia. With their first album release being a smash, monthly mixes on HKCR, and countless workshops related to production, nightlife and the industry, Align and rEmPiT g0dDe$$ are only going up in stock.

Wildealer (Thailand)

Wildealer, theBaba Loop and Circoloco Thailand resident, is making a name for himself thanks to his high-energy performances which lit up stages at Wonderfruit, DC10, Bret, and Wild Corner in Hï Ibiza. The Chonburi local has seen videos of himself playing back-to-back with both Seth Troxler and Dennis Cruz achieve viral viewership. No slouch in the studio, Wildealer dropped his recent release ‘Domdom’ via Pissawong Records showcasing his talent for crafting Thai-inspired house cuts. Locally, his Tawfire Footwork event series has become known for its fiery dancefloors. After a packed European tour this summer, Wildealer returns to Asia with a headline slot at Kolour Hua Hin followed by appearances in Bali, Singapore and Shanghai. Wildealer is one to watch as he brings worldwide acclaim to the incredible local DJ scene bubbling in Thailand.

Yunna (United States)

After a monumental year in 2023 in which she took on a new artist name celebrating her Asian roots, released her debut EP ‘Rinne’ on Worst Behavior Recs, and gave birth to her first son, things are once again bubbling up for Los Angeles-based Yunna. In addition to dropping certified banger ‘You Got Me’ on Glitch Mob’s label All The People in May, the multi-genre bass producer has been crafting more breaks-meets-jungle-meets-juke concoctions with a sensational sophomore EP (trust us, we’ve had a listen!) that’s ready to drop. In the meantime, the Taiwanese-born artist has promised a series of self-releases and a forthcoming side project with UFO! called Dead Dad Club to help ease the anticipation.
