Zoukout is heading to Boracay

After 15 years in Singapore as Asia’s most celebrated and premier sunrise beach festival, Zoukout has announced its first foray into a foreign market. The prelude edition will head to the pristine and sunny beaches of Boracay in the Philippines.

Similar to the Singapore event, the festival will run for two days from April 30th to May 1st and will be held on what is said to be an epic and uptown station 2 beachfront location.

Kaskade, Dubvision, Royal and Junior and DJ Ghetto will hit the stage on Day 1 and DVBBS, DJ Vice, MMXJ and DJ Ghetto will perform on Day 2.

Besides music and dancing, Zoukout is renowned for its extra touches and an array of visual and interactive activities are planned, as well as costumes buskers, visual art installations and curated food stalls.

Zoukout expects 5,000 people to be in attendance and tickets start at 3,600PHP for a two day pass. VIP tickets are also available. They can be purchased here.

Boracay located in an approximately 50 minute flight from Manila and a short motorboat ride to the island. It is arguably one of South East Asia’s most beautiful beaches, boasting an almost 4 kilometer long white sand beach with crystal clear waters.

Boracay is the first stop in the festivals plans for expansion, with three more cities in Asia including Hong Kong also planned for this year.
