Yung Singh & salute return to Asia for a b2b special

Collective Minds Asia is set to host Yung Singh and salute at Annexe Studio this Friday for a b2b that’s bound to showcase a plethora of garage, d’n’b, and South Asian sounds.

Yung Singh is one of the European circuit's most in-demand artists, known for his genre-defying mixes, which often include garage, jungle, house, trance and even Punjabi folk tunes. He’s known for shedding light on South Asian music and is fiercely proud of his Punjabi-Sikh heritage.

Paying homage to the greats before him, Yung released ‘The Birth Of Punjabi Garage’ — a documentary in collaboration with the Ministry of Sound.

salute, aka Felix Nyajo, is an Austrian-born, UK-based artist also known for his genre-bending beats and ever-electrifying performances who has taken the scene by storm over the past couple of years.

His chart-topping track alongside Sammy Virji ‘Peach’ was seemingly everywhere in 2023, and last year's EP ‘Shield’ is just as impressive throughout.

salute and Yung Singh’s unmissable will be supported by Raaj, a long-standing pillar in the Singapore club scene.

Collective Minds Asia is a long-standing events agency with a foot in Bali, Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Seoul, Shanghai and Singapore, and has found itself as a go-to talent consultant within the region.

The event will take place this Friday, January 12, from 10pm until 3am at Singapore’s Annexe Studio — a 7,400 square foot space within The Esplanade.
