Boogie G has been part of The Observatory’s family from Day 1 and his loss will remain a big void for our community. Over the years, Boogie G has shared his passion for music with so many of us here in Saigon - he has become an everlasting and inspiring part of our lives that will continue to live on in each of us. We’ve decided to run a commemorative event every year around Boogie G’s birthday in order to celebrate his life and to honour his spirit and great taste in music. For these events, we will invite artists who were close to Boogie G as friends or as musical inspirations and collaborators - and gather to dance all together in the way that he cherished so much. All artists will come and perform for free and all the money collected at the door will be donated every year to Boogie G’s family. Expect music G shared with us over the years to be played and danced to till the sun comes up! Boogie, House, Dance Classics, Italo, Disco, Electro and more!
