Set against the moonlit shoreline of Echo Beach, the Detroit legend delivered a three-and-a-half-hour masterclass that moved between jazz-soaked rhythm, dusty funk, and that unmistakable Theo swing.
It was a night that reminded everyone why his presence behind the decks remains so vital.
Parrish’s approach to DJing has always gone beyond mere track selection; it’s rooted in connection and intention. His belief that “people made the songs” and that process deserves care seemed to echo through every blend and break that night.
As the video shows, the dancefloor at La Brisa never lost its pulse. In that warm, open-air setting, everyone moved together; barefoot on the boards, eyes fixed on the decks, completely caught (yet wonderfully lost) in the moment.
