Weekend edition of Immersion incoming, with a new concept; CBD Therapy. The 10am start time is also a bit more chill for all the night owls out there. Organisers have been working on this for a while, as some of their favourite venues are in the CBD, which is great for our Friday morning parties, but how to get out of work mode if we come back to the concrete jungle at the weekend?

CBD Therapy is scientifically proven to get you in a good mood, loosen up your joints and help you decompress.

Naga House will be the destination for this launch event, serving up good vibes inside and out, along with nourishing breakfast treats. There will be guides for the cold plunges, and organisers have been working hard to enhance plunge experiences with ThriveX.

Capacity will be reduced and the event run time will be extended to give attendees more time to chill.

If you’re a member of Yoga Movement, they have tickets for members so hit up your favourite teacher to learn how to snag a ticket. Yoga Movement is also kindly letting all ticket holders use their changing facilities, a few doors down from Naga House (please bring your own towel to help with the smooth running of their studio). Look out for special offers for ticket holders on the day.
