Outlook Festival is bringing its bass-heavy, system-shaking energy to Singapore this April as part of its 2025 club tour.

On Saturday, April 12, the globally recognised festival touches down at IKI, with Silva Bumpa leading the charge alongside a heavyweight lineup of regional talent.

Silva Bumpa, a driving force in the UKG, bassline, and speed garage revival, blends gritty bass with euphoric club hooks.

Hailing from Manchester, he’s released on ATW, EC2A, and many more, with support from Interplanetary Criminal, Main Phase, and Soul Mass Transit System. A Rinse FM resident with sets at Outlook Festival and Boiler Room, he’s shaping the next wave of UK underground sound.

Joining him, KL's Breakboyclub DJs, with Mia, Traction Control, and Alfie Rrari, who bring a mix of broken rhythms, bass-heavy club sounds, and jungle.

Representing Singapore, NESC’s TASHASAN, bridges the UK and regional underground.
