Saga Music Festival to debut in Bali with DJ Snake just in time for New Year’s Eve

Saga Music Festival has announced its debut event happening in Bali at the end of the year and the festival will descend upon one of the island’s most stunning cultural sites.

On December 28th and 29th at the monumental Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Culture Park, the same stunning site that will be used for Bestival at the end of this month, where 25-meter high limestone carved cliffs and Balinese cultural icons fill the park, the festival will boast a line-up featuring some of the biggest stars in electronic music.

The first round of artists announced sees DJ Snake, FKJ, TWRK, Chris Lake, Dropgun, Rave Republic and Marc Benjamin headlining the event with support from locals Dipha Barus, Tenjo, DJ Stan, DJ Jesse Wilde, DJ Yasmin.

The two-day festival will span two stages and feature all kinds of world-class entertainment, cultural, art and lifestyle attractions as well as a culinary bazaar.

The inaugural edition is to be pinned ‘The Beginning’ and the series is to embody its namesake and continue on as a saga does always amid an idyllic and paradisiacal atmosphere with the atmopshere designed to foster friendships, celebrate life and explore imagination.

Executed by the ALL IN Entertainment Group, SAGA Music Festival is the first festival of this size and magnitude that’s organized locally. Other festivals to take place in Bali have been Ultra Music Festival and the upcoming Bestival event with the only other locally executed event being Sunny Side Up Festival, which hosts one stage annually at Potato Head Beach Club.

Tickets for the event are on sale here.
