Patrón Tequila & Mixmag Asia launch vibe dining & club series in Indonesia
The first edition lands on August 26, taking guests from an intimate Kilo Jakarta dinner to a full club set at Le Cirque, featuring a range of pours from Patrón Tequila
On Wednesday, August 26, Jakarta’s dining and club scenes converge into one continuous night.
Mixmag Asia and Patrón Tequila are launching a four-phase dining and music programme across the city, running from August 2026 through early 2027, opening with this first edition.
The night begins at Kilo Jakarta with La Familia; a by-invitation, intimate tasting dinner built around five courses drawing from Mexican and Indonesian ingredients.
Bangkok-based selector Pam Anantr curates the sound for the evening, moving through ambient, jazz, jazz-funk and global grooves with added flavours of Southern Asian rare beats and Latin rhythms on vinyl as the courses change. She’s the founder of Salon Kiku and was named one of Mixmag Asia’s Artists Exciting Us in 2024.
“I love to physically go through my shelf’s sections, hand pick the records one by one to envision a storyline through music, in this case for an intimate dinner where culture exchanges,” she says about soundtracking the room on wax.
Each dish of the dinner is paired with a different pour from Patrón Tequila’s range, starting at Patrón Silver and building toward El Alto, the brand’s newest release and a blend of aged Añejo and Reposado tequilas.
Also on the table is Patrón XO Cafe, a coffee liqueur made from Patrón Silver and Arabica coffee sourced from Veracruz, worked into the dinner’s courses.
Pam’s take on soundtracking the La Familia experience: “I would love to build up my set together with the energy through the night based on the courses. I’ll play my vinyl collection of ambient, jazz, jazz-funk and global grooves with some flavours of Southeast Asian rare beats and Latin sassy rhythms as I’ll be scoring the dining experience with inspiration drawing from both Mexican and Indonesian cultures.”
From there, guests move to Le Cirque for The Pursuit, where the heat of the night turns up. One of Jakarta’s latest additions to its nightlife circuit, Le Cirque is polished with a Void Acoustics Air Motion system, and is where the debut of The Mixmag Lab Jakarta was hosted earlier this year.
Diskoria kicks off The Pursuit with a live-hybrid set showcasing their catalogue of Indonesian disco, setting a warm, feel-good tone for the room. Pam Anantr follows, carrying her selection from the dinner table into a longer, club-focused set that shifts the pace toward the dancefloor. Closing out the night is Bali-based Dita, fresh off dates at Dekmantel, Panorama Bar and Club RAUM, who brings the evening to a pinnacle; the El Alto moment.
Behind the bar, three cocktails run throughout the evening until The Pursuit’s last call.
First is the familiar Classic Margarita, made with Patrón Silver, orange liqueur, and fresh lime. There’s also The Spicy Margarita that brings a jalapeño kick built on Patrón Reposado, while the Paloma, made with grapefruit and soda, offers a lighter, refreshing option for the night.
