Paradise Island Festival drops ticketing and further line-up info

More information is trickling in about Paradise Island Festival, which caused quite a frenzy last week with the unexpected announcement of its arrival on the Thai island early next year, bringing with it acts like De La Soul, Goldie, Maribou State and LTJ Bukem.

With further additions to the line-up still expected, more names were released today. The line-up so far goes like this:

De La Soul, Goldie, Mala, Mad Professor, LTJ Bukem, DJ Kentaro, Maribou State, Harleighblu, Anchorsong, Addison Groove, Lazy Habits, Mr Doris, Unda, Rompa’s Reggae Shack, Dope As Funk, and Ry Robson.

The festival will take place January 7th & 8th on the tropical island of Koh Samui.

The all encompassing event will feature an arts program that will include live painting, graffiti jams, live fire and dance performances, sunset yoga, sunrise meditation, Thai cooking classes, Tai Chi classes, secret after parties and artist boat parties.

The festival plans to make a positive impact on the island by promoting an eco-conscious mission. It will work closely with the community in its execution to ensure that environmental sustainability, reforestation, nature conservation, positive tourism and spreading awareness is paramount.

Early bird tickets are now available for purchase here for 2,000 baht. Information on discounted travel and accommodation packages with STA Travel will be sent with priority to ticket holders as soon as it’s available.
