LifeWear Music is UNIQLO's new line influenced by lo-fi sounds & artists

Uniqlo is back to aligning their simplistic yet forward-thinking fashion apparel with the music world again, this time recruiting a team of talented Japanese producers.

Currently up in the series entitled LifeWear Music, is STUTS, an MPC wizard who has produced a collection of nine easy-to-please tracks that lean heavily on the lo-fi edge.

This isn’t the first time UNIQLO has branched into the music world — a last collaboration saw the Japanese fashion brand partner up with FACE Records in Japan and New York as well as other international record store brands like Rush Hour Records in Amsterdam, Technique in Tokyo and Rough Trade in London.

The collaboration’s goal here seems to be to fit comfort with comfort, an ideal and timely pairing for those working from home, which seems to be a growing number of these days.

We’re curious to know where Uniqlo will venture next in music.
