Taking place at Jakarta’s WonderBar this Friday is the highly-anticipated release party for “the first techno compilation in Indonesia”, ‘REVOLT’.
Showcasing 23 talented local producers and spanning various techno styles from dub and hypnotic to minimal and soulful, the compilation that comes via Underradar Records, Koronna Collective and Bordel Ensemble Records is aimed at putting Indonesia's techno scene on the global map.
It features established names as well as rising talents from all across the archipelago and has already garnered early support from techno heavyweights like Charlotte de Witte and Joseph Capriati.
Representing the line-up this weekend are Andra, Ecilo, Random Brothers, P.I.A and Toro who are all based in Jakarta, while also inviting Bali-based producer and fellow contributor, Deecoy.
