Global music purveyor and event community Tropika teams up famed Singapore party promoter Kampong Boogie for a comeback party, showcasing multi-instrumentalist Gabriele Poso on Sunday, 29 January, 2023 at Kult Kafe.
Poso, an Italian musician and producer best known for his spiritual and modern jazz approach to percussion-induced music. In addition to having released on label heavyweights like Wonderwheel, BBE, Soundway, Agogo, Yoruba and INFRAcom!, Poso has also proven to be a globally acclaimed live performer who exemplifies multicultural music with dynamic vibrancy.
His previous outings in Asia have included shows at W Bali Seminyak, W Hong Kong, MyHouse (Hong Kong), Casa Corona Seoul, Palace, Palace Pool Club in Manila and for Tropika's past events in Singapore.
Leaning heavily on Afro-Latin compositions, Poso’s headline set has been specially curated for the Sunday daytime event, which is Tropika’s first party since the pandemic hit.
The Italian musician will be joined by some of Singapore’s top party starters including SWTLKR on the mic, plus Anand, Tom Shellsuit, Dean Chew and Ramesh on deck duties.

Born and based out of Singapore, Tropika is a music and community focused initiative that prides itself on global rhythms and societal matters.
