Fred again.., PinkPantheress and more teased for GTA 6 soundtrack

Fred again.. and PinkPantheress could be amongst the artists set to appear on the soundtrack of Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI in November.

Yesterday (September 15) a slew of major artists from around the world shared mysterious Instagram posts at the same time, each in the distinct GTA art style.

Argentinian hip hop duo CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso shared a photo of a yacht in the game style, which was later reposted by frequent collaborator Fred again.. on his team-run account fredagainfeed.

Future’s record label Freebandz shared a photo of a sports car with a licence plate reading: ‘VCE BBY’, alluding to the game’s setting in Vice City, which was also later shared by Yung Lean.

In a less cryptic post, Travis Scott shared a photo in the game style, writing in a caption: "Now it’s time. My return to game gotta come with rage and a lot of dancing. Let's ride."

Meanwhile, PinkPantheress’ management team also shared a cryptic photo on Instagram alongside a palm tree emoji, though the pop star has yet to share anything on her official page.

The next game in the Grand Theft Auto series is set to land on November 19 featuring two protagonists, Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval, in a "Bonnie and Clyde"-style story taking place across the fictional, Miami-likened Vice City.

Last month, an “extended look” game preview landed on Netflix, teasing the game’s characters, storylines and some of the music that could be featured in-game.

Music from Aluna and Jayda G, Elderbrook and Bob Moses, Chimbala and Omega, Birdman and Lil Wayne, and Kodak Black was all featured in the game preview.
