Faithless offer emotional tribute to Maxi Jazz in new single, 'I'm Not Alone (Rest Well Maxwell)'
The new track follows the band’s recent announcement of a 21-date UK/EU tour this autumn
Faithless have released a new single ‘I’m Not Alone (Rest Well Maxwell)’ in honour of the group's late frontman Maxi Jazz, who passed away in 2022.
Released on August 30 via ADA, the new track arrives on the 26th anniversary of the group’s global dance anthem ‘God Is A DJ’ from their second studio album ‘Sunday 8PM’.
An emotional dance track that seamlessly blends thumping beats with stirring lyrics from long-term friend and collaborator LSK, ‘I’m Not Alone (Rest Well Maxwell)’ follows another recent release from the band, ‘Find a Way’ featuring Suli Breaks, teasing their forthcoming album ‘Champion Sound’.

It also comes after the announcement of an upcoming 21-date UK/EU tour set to kick off this November in Edinburgh. The 'Champion Sound’ tour will travel across the UK, with a highly-anticipated homecoming show scheduled at London's O2 Academy Brixton.
The tour then makes its way to Europe, stopping off at Antwerp, Zurich, Milan, Vienna, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen, amongst others.
Earlier this year, Faithless returned to the stage for the first time in eight years and for the first time without lead singer Maxi Jazz, performing a limited run of shows in the UK and Europe.

The shows were followed by an impressive headline show on Glastonbury’s Glade stage, in which the remaining members, Sister Bliss and Rollo, were joined by a seven-piece live band for an emotional performance that paid tribute to Maxi Jazz and set the bar for what's to come.
The ‘Champion Sound’ project, which encompasses both the tour and the album, will bring Faithless into a new era as they gear up for their 30th anniversary.
