Everything But The Girl have announced a greatest hits compilation.
'The Best of Everything But The Girl' will land on Buzzin’ Fly/Chrysalis on November 18, and consists of 16 tracks that span the 40-year history of the iconic duo, AKA Tracey Thorn and Ben Watt.
Alongside modern cuts such as 2023's 'Nothing Left To Lose', the new compilation is also set to feature some of the pair's most beloved '90s crossover hits, including 'Walking Wounded', 'Tracey In My Room' and Todd Terry's 'Missing' remix.

"We always liked albums that had a fast side and a slow side," says Thorn. "So we thought we’d start with the bangers and wind down with the ballads."
"It also makes the album run backwards in time," Watt adds. "It gives you a sense of clubland back to bedsit, a journey that to us feels very real. And at the end, we pair the modern-day 'Run a Red Light' with how we started 'Night and Day'."
