Dub Container & LeftRight Sound unite on soulful house roller ‘In The Name of Love’
Classic warmth meets club pressure on this collaborative two-version Jakarta release
Jakarta collectives Dub Collective and LeftRight Sound join forces for a new release, ‘In The Name of Love’, out now via LeftRight Sound.
The project offers two interpretations built from the same bones of the track.

Version 1 channels the essence of classic house with deep, soulful energy, lush piano chords, driving basslines, and uplifting yet hypnotic disco vocals that shimmer with late-night energy.
It’s breezy, fun, and hits all the marks of a timeless house cut.

Version 2 isn’t too far removed from the first, but it zigs where V1 zags, toughening the groove with a darker, more percussive, club-ready edge that feels urgent and a touch more menacing.
The bridge between Jakarta’s long-running old-school roots via Dub Container and the newer pulse of LeftRight Sound feels like a collaboration waiting to happen, and hopefully a sign of more to come.
