Dilee D & Doshpot deliver a mighty, galactic groove on ‘Chase and Devour’

Easily regarded as a staple selector across Asia’s regional scene, Sri Lankan DJ and producer Dilee D pushes new waves of sound in 2022 with his recent collaborative release with Doshpot, ‘Chase and Devour’.
Coming together to glorify a stunning acid-fused synth arpeggio, Colombo-based Dilee and Australian producer Doshpot have turned their musical and technical know-how into a belter of a progressive techno number. The track itself is eponymous — it’s ripe and ready for elated dance floor moments, with a heavily-weighted driving force behind the undulating groove of ‘Chase and Devour’.
The intensity the duo have created makes for an emphatic release of energy on the dance floor — the tension build is on point, crescendoing into a galactic moment of darkside splendour. The prismatic force behind ‘Chase and Devour’ makes it one of Dilee’s more remarkable production outings to date.
Released on Dilee’s own imprint Idyllik Records, ‘Chase and Devour’ is accompanied by ‘Imaginary Joys’ — both singles come loaded with mind-bending remixes from dynamic Indonesian duo Tantra and Turkish off-kilter producer Mathias Winfield.
