A new accusation of sexual assault has been made against Sean “Diddy” Combs, the latest in a long line of allegations against the imprisoned musician.

A man has accused Diddy of drugging and raping him in a New York nightclub in 2012, when he was aged 17.

The court filing claims that the 17-year-old bribed a bouncer to gain entry to the club and was invited to join a private table with Diddy, where he was given multiple vodka shots, after which he "began to become hazy and disoriented" and felt as though he was "losing consciousness and control of his body".

The plaintiff alleges he was taken to a back room of the SoHo club while falling in and out of consciousness, stating he was aware of being raped but could not stop it.

To date, Combs has denied all allegations made against him. He is currently facing more than 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and related crimes, with lawyer Tony Buzbee stating earlier this month more than 10 more lawsuits would be coming soon.

Buzbee is currently representing more than 100 people who have alleged sexual misconduct against Diddy.

50 Cent is currently working on a docu-series titled Diddy Do It? exploring sexual assault allegations against his long-time rival, due to come out on Netflix.

A statement made to the BBC in response to separate federal criminal charges by Diddy’s lawyer said: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone - man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy is set to face a federal criminal trial on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation to engage in prostitution, and is currently imprisoned in a New York jail ahead of the trial starting on May 5.
