Introducing the first edition of MŌCANA SOUND – a one-night, sound-first experience exploring music across formats, spaces, and atmospheres. A night shaped around the idea that sound is not simply played, but deeply experienced and celebrated.
For this edition, MŌCANA SOUND collaborates with Analogism to present a dedicated Listening Room featuring a special selection of vintage HiFi speakers, designed for intimate and immersive listening sessions.
The first Listening Room session will be led by Maft Sai, founder of Zudrangma Records and Studio Lam, and a key figure in Thailand’s alternative music scene.
Known for his deep record knowledge and genre-spanning selections, Maft Sai will guide guests through an intimate journey into his personal vinyl compendium. Limited to only 20 guests (in and out), the Listening Room is designed for deep listening, presence, and discovery.
The second session will be hosted by Tam Bryce, offering a contrasting sound journey shaped through deep selections and Thai experimental sounds.
Moving between the intimacy of the Listening Room and the energy of the dance floor, MŌCANA SOUND unfolds as an immersive experience dedicated to the culture of listening.
On the main stage, Tom Aquilina brings his blend of house and disco shaped through clean mixing, thoughtful selections, and groove-driven energy.
Next up, Mumsfilijayja, bringing together selectors Jayja and duo Mumsfilibaba for a high-energy session rooted in underground club culture. Both have played memorable sets at the Forbidden Fruit stage at Wonderfruit, alongside appearances at key clubs and festivals across Asia and Europe.
The night will continue with a special set from DOTT and Meltmode.
Known for his modern and emotionally layered approach to underground dance music, DOTT blends deep grooves, minimal textures, and forward-thinking club sounds shaped by years within Bangkok’s underground scene and international touring circuit.
Alongside him, Meltmode brings his distinct fusion of Thai traditional music and contemporary house, weaving regional instruments, melodies, and global influences into immersive, dancefloor-driven sets. Together, the pairing explores a meeting point between modern club music and Southeast Asian sonic identity.
