GABBY GUNN ‘Mount Etna’
Last week saw GABBY GUNN release ‘Tectonics’ on Scuffed Recordings. The 2-track EP marks the production debut for the London-based Chinese-Scottish DJ. Acid and breakbeat techno collide on ‘Mount Etna’, a “crash-heavy” Prodigy-inspired belter.

ENNIO ‘Crave U’
Berlin-based collective and now label BUTO BAYANG shared its inaugural VA earlier this month. ‘BUTO BAYANG Vol. I’ spotlights ten Asian diaspora producers, including co-founder ENNIO who flexes feverish techno on ‘Crave U’. Artwork for the release is by the label’s other co-founder, HAMY.

Masagi ‘St. Boulevard’ (feat. vocabot-P)
Out of Bali comes an exceptional collaboration between Masagi and vocabot-P. ‘St. Boulevard’ features on Masagi’s third EP, ‘Fana’, and is a playful exploration of techno and breaks between the two Indonesian producers that has surprises at every turn.

Fly Polar ‘Press Up’
Hong Kong-based Fly Polar was recently signed to Pete Cannon’s N4 Recordings. The duo’s jungle track ‘Press Up’ features on the label’s limited edition vinyl series alongside a production by the label founder himself.
