Welcome to ‘Mengzy Selects’, a monthly video column which features five recently released tracks by producers and labels in Asia and across the Asian diaspora. Your host is Mengzy: a Hong Kong-based DJ and producer, PhD in musicology, music journalist, and co-founder of Feed the Dragon.

Mule Musiq returns with another incredible reissue, bringing Kaoru Inoue’s 2013 Japan-only release back into the light. ‘She Was In Ecstasies’ is a devastatingly beautiful Balearic house track that's exploding with euphoria. A must-listen!

Bridging Toulouse and Tokyo, Kaval featured WRACK in the 6th edition of his ‘Délices de Minuit’ series with the single ‘Dizziness’. His UK Funky remix refocuses the track into a deeper, more percussive vibe, and he’s also added some unusual bird samples that evoke a dance in the jungle.

JIALING and Kade Young are set to launch their new label, WOE, on November 29 with an eponymous EP. Lead single ‘WASSUP WOE’ offers an exciting taste of what’s to come from the Baltimore Club-dedicated duo.
