Wonderfruit adds names like Eric Volta, Stephan Bodzin & Marc Antona to the bill

Wonderfruit has unveiled the highly anticipated second phase of its line-up today. The addition sees plenty of names from the world of electronic music but even more exciting was the revelation that there will be new stages and even an art car crowdfunding campaign.

UK singer Lianne La Havas, English synth-pop singer & songwriter Shura, German techno DJ Stephan Bodzin, house music DJ YokoO, Oregon-based experimental band Blitzen Trapper, experimental electronic maestro Eric Volta, Ibiza legend Marc Antona, master of minimal Uone, Buke and Gase, Noxro and Kolour's Coran have all been added to the bill.

They join previously announced artists like DnB group Rudimental, Radiohead guitarist Johnny Greenwood's JUNUN project featuring Shye Ben Tzur & The Rajasthan Express, Mercury Prize winning hip-hop group Young Fathers, Wolf+Lamb, Kate Simko & The London Electronic Orchestra, Mad Professor, Matador and Nastia.

The festival's art direction is really beginning to take shape with today's unveiling. The Solar Stage, which will be the focal point for both the sunrise and sunset, is to be conceptualized by artist Gregg Fleishman, whose geometrically configured creations are regular highlights at Burning Man.

Revered comic book creator and designer Adam Pollina is the idea man behind Wonder Kar, a crowdfunded roaming stage that will fit around 30 people at a time. Details on how to take part will be announced soon.

Further art installations are planned by Greg Fleishman, Tom Potisit, and Jitjer.

The first round of chefs for Wonderfeast were also announced, including Soul Food Mahanakorn/Appia's Jarrett Wrisley, as well as the Scratch Talks speaker series that will see Natural Capital Alliance founder Alan Bausch discuss Bitcoin's revolutionary Blockchain technology.

Thailand’s boutique music, arts and lifestyle festival takes place on December 15th to the 18th at The Fields at Siam Country Club, just outside of Pattaya. This year's theme has been dubbed Eco Heroes.

More information on the full program and ticketing info is available on the Wonderfruit website here.
