Labyrinth Festival in Japan unveils its line-up

Like most things in Japan, Labyrinth Festival is perfect.

Set in the mountains of Niigata prefecture in Japan, mind-blowing soundscapes, stacks of Funktion One rigs, stunning surroundings and a teepee DJ booth all contribute to it being revered as one of the finest techno festivals on the planet, but the magic really lies in the line-up, which was just released today (below).

Capacity at Labyrinth is capped at a few thousand and 95% of those tickets can only be purchased in Japan. Needless to say, there are no tickets available at the gate and the event is sold out anyway.

Labyrinth 2016 takes place from the 17th to the 19th of September and will be the 16th edition.

Live sets will come from Shackleton [Woe to the Septic Heart!: UK], Pole [Pole: Germany], Orphx [Sonic Groove: Canada], Petar Dundov [Music Man: Croatia], and Ishq [Virtual: UK].

The DJ line-up will see Donato Dozzy [Spazio Disponibile: Italy], Peter Van Hoesen [Time To Express, Archives Intérieures: Belgium], Svreca [Semantica: Spain], Patrick Russell, [Interdimensional Transmissions, The Bunker: USA], Petar Dundov [Music Man: Croatia], DJ Nobu [Future Terror, Bitta: Japan], John Elliott [Spectrum Spools: USA], So [Mindgames, Tri-Bute: Japan] and Hiyoshi [Mindgames, Global Chillage: Japan] all play.

All the details are here.
