HYTE announces a stage at Epizode², adds Richie Hawtin, Peggy Gou & more to the bill

Coming straight off the back of massive ADE events, HYTE has announced that it will host a stage at the sophomore edition of the surreal Epizode Festival on Phú Quốc Island in Vietnam.

It will be the first time that the Berlin based underground electronic music brand comes to Asia and it brings with them plenty of world renowned names. Leading today’s line-up announcements are Minus label boss Richie Hawtin, Peggy Gou, wAFF, Bambounou, Roustam and Yaya.

Loco Dice, Chris Liebing, Marcel Dettmann, Pan-Pot, Nicole Moudaber, Nic Fanciulli and Mathew Jonson will also be part of the HYTE showcase, which runs from January 5th to January 9th 2018 on the main stage.

Special sunrise parties will follow each day of the HYTE stage takeover and if you take a look at photos from last year, you wouldn't think they could get any more epic but this almost guarantees that dreams do come true.

The Berlin-based promoters are easily one of the most reliable brands in the underground electronic music scene and have been making headlines worldwide for their festival and warehouse events in New York, Miami, Amsterdam, Berlin and beyond in addition to weekly events at Amnesia Ibiza, which have become a keystone in party season on the island.

These new additions brought by HYTE round up the already existing amazing line up of Epizode Festival, including headliners like Carl Cox, Dixon, Âme, Guti, Dubfire and Luciano.

Epizode is a two-week long festival held on Phú Quốc Island in Vietnam and will return at the end of this year from December 31st 2017 to January 10th 2018. It’s thrown by some of the original KaZantip crew and debuted just a few months to glowing reviews. It's also strongly recommend by the Mixmag crew as a worthy destination festival for the holidays.

And in keeping the KaZantip tradition alive, Epizode² promises epic sunsets and surreal installations in the Territory of Happiness. The photos from last year should be enough to pique curiosity but we've accompanied them with a full review here.

You can already grab tickets for this year at an insanely affordable price of $150 for the full fest here.

Imagine dancing under the stars from dusk till dawn with afternoons spent bathing under a tropical sun on white sand beaches, dining on inexpensive yet sumptuous Vietnamese food, sunrises and sunsets of biblical proportions and all soundtracked by world class beats, this is Epizode Festival.
