Armin van Buuren to hit Southeast Asia with two shows in 2017

Grammy-nominated Dutch DJ and producer Armin van Buuren will bring his Armin Only Embrace show to Asia next year for his only two shows in the Southeast Asia region. Both Jakarta and Singapore have been announced as part of the 2017 global tour.

Mr. Probz, Kensington, Eric Vloeimans & Cimo Fränkel, Angel Taylor, BullySongs and Betsie Larki are also slated to perform alongside Armin at Jakarta’s Jiexpo Kemayoran on March 31 and Singapore's The Meadow, Gardens By The Bay on April 1.

Other shows on the tour in Marbella, Spain; Sofia, Bulgaria; Jerusalem, Israel; Istanbul, Turkey; Minsk, Belarus; Mexico City, Mexico have already sold out.

Fans can expect a show entirely different from anything they've ever seen from the artist before. The multi-genre and multi-sensory four-hour show will present pop, hip hop, jazz, house and rock music alongside electronic music set against a multi-million dollar production of dazzling lights and pyros.

Armin says of the show: “It's the biggest thing I've ever done. It’s theatre meets performance arts and electronic music, as the show combines elements from theatre, dance, singers, live music and more. I’m very excited to bring this to Jakarta and Singapore, as it is very different from what music fans have seen or heard so far.”

Also, one of the many highlights of Armin Only Embrace is his vinyl set in the second half of the show, which is intended to be a throwback to van Buuren’s beginnings.

Tickets for both shows are already on sale on the Armin Only website here.
